So I have decided that I would start a little weekly segment called Sunday Sessions which will be all about one of my first loves: Poetry

Disclaimer: most of these will be throwback poems I wrote in my teens so please forgive the blatant adolescence that comes across. I am by no means a great poet, however the love I have for the art goes deep. So I may share some of my favorites not written by myself

Have You Ever written by Roxanne Jason

Have you ever been screaming so loud that no one could hear it Have you ever felt something so strong you started to fear it Have you ever stared into your eyes Just trying to find what's really inside. I've walked all these roads I've been here before But I'm always so lost Running through closed doors Have you ever been only ok Just living your life another day Have you ever wished for more Or wanted to go back to the hell before Have you ever longed to feel Something that wasn't so real I've been in these woods

The darkness consumes I've recluded myself in all these old rooms Have you ever wanted to say That you'll be fine, you'll be ok But realised then what you always knew The girl they remember is no longer you
